06/2020 TILL PRESENT CHRONOPOST- QA & SUPPORT LEAD ROBOT FACTORY
Context: The Robot Factory is an intelligent intermediary component between IT services, business
units and user interfaces (man-machine interfaces).
ROLE 1: CHATBOT QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
I am responsible for the QA acceptance of the Leonard Chatbot. A Chatbot is a virtual assistant
capable of chatting with users and responding to their queries. It is equipped with artificial intelligence
that enables it to understand the context and perform more complex tasks in parallel than a simple
bot.
Participating in the management of tests within projects:
● Drafting test strategies (coverage, criticality, prioritization, impact analysis, etc.).
● Drafting and drawing up test plans
● Taking part in weekly sprint planning meetings.
● Writing test scenarios and Test Cases
● Defining the coverage of tests.
● Preparation of data sets
● Define QA Campaigns
● Managing manual executions
● Execution of non-regression tests
● Identifying, monitoring and reporting on Bugs.
● Investigating bugs
● Drawing-up test reports.
● Writing training materials and communicating them to the people concerned.
● Defining and participating in Sanity checks for release roll out.
Support

ROLE 2: SUPPORT & SELFCARE DOCUMENTATION MANAGER
Context: Implementation of a support strategy based on ITIL best practices for CHRONOPOST and
the business units of the Geopost/DPD Group Europe.
SUPPORT SERVICE DESK
● Setting up the Robot Factory Service Desk
● Define procedures to implement support processes (functional or technical assistance,
incident management, role and account management, etc.).
● Optimize support procedures
● Administration and implementation of JIRA Service Management and Confluence tools
● Managing and leading a functional and technical support group
● Helping to identify and analyze incidents/malfunctions described by users
● Analyzing the quality of services provided to users

Context: Redesign of CORE Clearing System focusing on Instant Payment SEPA Credit Transfer and
SEPA Direct Debit. Validate the conformity of the system towards message treatment and ensure the
conformity of pre-existing functionalities: Scheduler, DRR Daily Reconciliation Report, Statistics for
BDF and NBB, Interest Calculation, Settlement with TARGET2.

Context: My mission consisted in ensuring the technical and functional quality of the INFOTEL
project: OSS solution which has become a single repository for RTE for the description of the
TCM-TCD telecom assets as well as the transactions with the interfaces which are linked to it
(INFOREF and AISTEL).
Managing tests within projects:
● Coordination with the different project teams
● Manage and lead the testing team in the planning, execution, and reporting of user
acceptance testing activities

Context: As part of the Duty of Advice program, the insurance code provides for a pre-contractual
information obligation on the insurer. It consists in migrating from the FDC Duty Advice Sheet to the
new FIP Pre-contractual Information Sheet which is a support to the distribution networks for their
duty to advise process.
