As a Content Sales Specialist for Content Portfolio products my roles & responsibilities are:
• Content Portfolio Sales Specialist:
o Sales support for the local country teams of Western Europe: Nordics, Baltics, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain & Portugal
o Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the Hitachi Vantara Content Portfolio offerings effectively to potential customers through presentations, demonstrations, and other communication methods.
o Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with accounts. Collect and analyze marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.
o Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Hitachi Vantara Content Portfolio Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
• Technical Project Manager during the delivery phase:
o Create comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. They collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
o Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure the project is adequately staffed and resourced to meet its objectives.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. This involves anticipating challenges that may arise during the project and developing contingency plans to minimize their impact.
o Assign tasks, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts to keep the team focused on achieving project goals.
o Facilitates communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure everyone is informed of changes and milestones.
o Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
o Monitor and control the project budget and schedule.
o Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
