  For the Engie Corp CIO, I'm in charge of a part of the Office 365 deployment program. It represents +150k users.
  I'm working on building the governance and support plan for administration tools and collaborative tools, helped by my team.
  I work with the other teams of the program architects, identities, adoption, security, Microsoft, ... and Engie's Business
  Units. I final y ensure the financial management of our stream.

  I assumed the management of the development project of the Federation's intranet. Our first job was to transform the
  existing ITIL teams to a single ful y Agile team. Our conviction was we should succeed in horizontalizing hierarchies between
  all of the team resources, and we have succeeded.
  Then, comprised of a dozen of people IT Pro, developers, functional experts, BI experts, PMO, ... , we have developed the
  Federation intranet on a SharePoint Server 2013 platform. I have also provided some technical advice about development
  and infrastructure architecture, as well as working to produce a DRP with Microsoft people.
