PROJECT 1:
VEEPEE (HCM, ABSENCE MANAGEMENT, TIME TRACKING, BENEFITS, COMPENSATION REPORTING..)
AREA OF INTERVENTION:
Analyze needs and functional expectations in HR scope (core and recruitment)
Communicates effectively with team members and clients.
Provide application support
Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule.
Workshop facilitation to collect the specific needs of Time Management, absences
Recognizes business process inefficiencies and recommends improvements.
Identify and co-write processes (Business Process, HCM, Finance et Procurement)
Keeps requirements, design, process and other technical documentation current.
Configure the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards
Ensure the achievement of related project tasks (configuration of the HR solution, drafting of technical documentation, proceeds..)
Prepare reports for Project Committees
Collaborate with Project Managers and Workflow Leads, track issues and risks, communicate status,
Administer the end-to-end Time Tracking to Payroll and/or Projects business processes
Navigate and use functions within Workday to perform time off-related tasks.
Differentiate between time off and leave of absence.
Configure a time off plan and its components.
Build calculations through the calculation engine to meet time off plan requirements.
Use absence type groups and absence tables to manage time offs.
Manage time off, including overrides, adjustments, and corrections.
Edit time off business processes.
View time off-related information using standard and custom reports.
Access absence-related dashboards and calendars to view time off information.
Assess methods to configure merit, bonus, and stock plans.
Compare and configure features such as compensation matrices, compensation grids,
and participation options to use for the compensation review process.
Map and manage employees included in the compensation review process using
eligibility rules, waiting periods, time proration rules, and next level participants.
PROJECT 2:
DIGICEL (CORE FINANCE ET WORKDAY INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT, REPORTING.. )
MISSION :
Deployment of Workday's Finance ERP to Group entities. This involves organizing and coordinating the project, under the authority of the project manager.
AREA OF INTERVENTION:
Develop, manage and retain a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday's Financial
Organize and coordinate the various parties involved in the project.
Take responsibility for delivery and progress.
Review and adjust test strategy document already produced.
Review and update test books
Design new scenarios with solution and business experts
Monitor issues and correction
Follow up with the relevant parties as necessary
Support the different phases of the project
Prepare support material for operational meetings
Produce progress indicators
Report alerts to the project manager
Contribute to project steering meetings (support and presentation of the test phase, anomalies, progress and alerts).
Expertise in finance business rules (general and analytical accounting, invoice management, balances, etc.)
PROJECT 3:
TF1 – UNIFY GROUP (CORE FINANCE ET WORKDAY INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT, REPORTING.. )
MISSION :
Participate in the implementation of Workday (Configuration, settings, and customer support).
AREA OF INTERVENTION:
Lead Workday Financial Post Production Customers in an architect capacity and as a lead consultant for separate functional areas across deployments
Prepare Root Cause Analysis
Provide estimation of projects and enhancements for complex configuration changes
Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment designed to promote and maintain the Collaborative Solutions core values
Grow lead ready consultants, offering mentoring, constructive feedback, and support on one or more customer engagements
Configures business requirements into Workday configuration
Drive the practice to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
Lead large internal initiatives that touch multiple parts of the company, generally associated with team operations and engagements
Set up a company, cost center, custom worktag, bank account, financial accounting for a company, security and business processes.
Generate accounting journals.
Ensure GDPR compliance
Enter supplier and customer invoices.
Participate in and add value to Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Integrated Business Planning and Finance Transformation engagements for clients
Provide insight and leading practice guidance to clients in assessing their current finance processes, designing future state processes and developing the transformation roadmap and CPM solution
Develop solutions supporting client processes and use cases for budgeting, planning, rolling forecasts, reporting, consolidation, and analytics
Work with clients to develop revenue, cost of revenue, workforce, operating expense and capital planning models, reports and templates
Create financial performance reports and dashboards, including internal management reports, board reporting packages, KPI trends and ad-hoc analysis
Define and create master data/metadata, hierarchies, models, business rules, calculations, reports and dashboards
Guide clients through facilitated workshops to design and configure the models and solution
Analyze business performance and recommend action plans based on client needs
Document the solution and planning models and plan and deliver training sessions for clients
Participate in software implementation/customization project solutions for mid to large sized clients.
PROJECT 4:
IAD (EIB, CORE FINANCE ET WORKDAY INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT, REPORTING…)
AREA OF INTERVENTION:
Analyze needs and functional expectations in Financial & HR scope (core and recruitment)
Development of a data migration strategy using the Enterprise Interface Builder (Inbound EIBs) and WWS (Workday Web services).
Animation of FDM workshops (Foundation Data Model)
Identify and co-write processes (Business Process, HCM, Finance et Procurement)
Create/validate and update deliverables (Workbooks, livrables annexes)
Ensure the achievement of related project tasks (configuration of the HR solution, drafting of technical documentation, proceeds..)
Manage closing treatments.
Configuration and integration of the purchasing services part (Procurement Configuration).
Implementation of data migration flows.
Creation and verification of interfaces via Studio
Supervision of synchronization and bank reconciliation
Deployment of the solution within the subsidiaries
Verification and preparation of XML files
Participate in test sessions and product launches.
Support and assistance to users of the implemented solutions.
Effectively apply Workday standards and methodology.
Prepare reports for Project Committees
Participation in project bodies
Alert the IT manager (finance and HR) in case of delay and/or problem
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders (editor, IT, sponsor…)
Collaborate with Project Managers and Workflow Leads, track issues and risks, communicate status, escalate concerns and identify/resolve issues that could impact scope or project deadlines
Prepare, lead and support test strategy, scenario/script creation, and development
Train and guide the Workday project team on the development and creation of end-to-end test cases and best practices for the various phases.
Use and co-manage testing tools
Manage test execution and ensure all are completed according to detailed planning.
Plan test communications (reports, status)
Escalate issues and decisions, close and approve test activities and phases.
