process), manual tasks (implementation, recycle bin, distribution, research, form, Adhoc / collaborative tasks) and of all the services to be integrated into the new IS BPM
base
• Establishment of an event manager for communication with the processes.

• Development of an application called "CONCEPT-CAR" to illustrate the new
