• ORACLE FUSION. Chosen as Cloud solution (Oracle Fusion HCM / Payroll / TALEO / RightNow). Member of the bank’s Feasibility project team, setup to review 3rd party proposals, to select the W&G Bank technology solution for the HR Target Operating Model (TOM). Engaged with Oracle / Workday / Success Factors bid teams to evaluate their proposals.
• Provided functional design consultancy to HR business partners for new Cloud solution. Areas included Learning, HCM, User Access, Security, Help Desk.
• Functional design of interfaces (including Finance, Web security, HR data warehouse, Employee Screening process, AML/Fraud solutions, Time & Labor). Existing interfaces from PeopleSoft to RBS downstream systems were no longer valid for divested W&G business therefore new design from the Oracle Fusion HCM solution was required. I delivered 17 function specifications.
• Data analysis. Processes, systems, 3rd party systems, across multiple platforms and businesses within RBS group. Delivered a number of solution papers for Technology work streams to evaluate as part of their design.
• Impact Analysis of systems, data and process change across multiple platforms.
• 6500 workers migrated to new business. Analysed 200+ extracts (Reports, SQL reports) to determine those that were impacted by divestment. Delivery of functional design document to decommission interfaces and web pages impacted by separation.
• Managed SIT, Business Testing and Cutover activities for all downstream interfaces. QualityCenter tool used for these phases.
• Investigated and resolved issues with PeopleSoft HCM business-as-usual processes related to divestment activities. This required Functional and project management skills across business areas.
• Liaised with RBS Technology Services in UK and India to deliver enhancements to existing reports, interfaces and web portal pages impacted by divestment.
• Managed final phase of small integration project of RBS overseas offices to RBS PeopleSoft HCM

Newly divested business meant that some legacy interfaces were no longer required between PeopleSoft and Group downstream systems. Analysed 200+ extracts (SQR’s, SQL) to determine those that were impacted by divestment. Managed UAT and cutover activities for all new interfaces.
