IKEA is one of the largest retailers in the world. The main aim of the project HRB2B is distributing various information to the various countries such as employee information, salary details, store details, business details to various countries across the world. Project consists of around 90 interfaces with 19 info types. Critical interfaces such as PMD, Time Cards, Time Records, & Business Driver has to be supported on 24/7 basis. PMD interface aims to distribute all the employee information across the countries in case of current and future employee updates. Need to monitor payrolls of different counties on critical priority basis.
