Project description:
As BI Application Support Specialist Informatica and SAP BusinessObject BI (Administrator and
Developer) my role is to provide on-going business support. I also define the DWH architecture.
Using ServiceNow as IT service management, in permanent contact to IT Service desk for the
management of incidences, functional requests corrective and evolutive changes
The main objective is to make sure that the business (End users located in : Brussels, France,
Luxembourg and Maastricht ) always has access to the Datawarehouse and BI reports by:
• ETL: monitoring the daily execution of the workflows loading the Datawarehouse. Also,
these ETL workflows must be maintained, expanded and improved.
• Reporting: Maintenance and improvement of business universes and Webi Report (SAP BO
BI 4.3 ).
• BI Administrator
• Providing the necessary help and assessment for FIS & HR application upgrades.
Role: BI Application Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
2nd line support for Business Objects and Informatica PowerCenter 10.2 :

The main goal of this project is to be able to report over complaints that enter concerning the delivery
of newspapers.
Other goal is to be able to report over logistic problems (weather conditions, strike…).
Therefore, two Datamarts have been created.
Project 2, ETP
There are different source systems maintaining the customers of “De post”. For some details, one
source system is the master and for some other details, the other source system is the master.
There are 2 other source systems (e-HR and Siebel) containing details of employees. The aim of the
DWH is to consolidate data between the source systems and upload them on a regular basis and
historization in the DWH

Responsibilities:

• Development of BODI jobs:
o Extraction of data source ( Three Source System)
