Description The objective was the rollout of the Controlling core model in United Kingdom and Ireland, Italy and Nordic countries. I had to guarantee the preparation and the implementation of the SAP system, taking into account the presence of a lot of specific tables or developments.

Description The objective was rebuild the Controlling system and to implement it in a new company, to harmonize the landscape. I have managed the full life cycle, from the design phase until the implementation and the go live.
Improvement of the reporting tools for the monthly closing. Making of reports in CO-PA and in GL. Customizing review and modifications of customizing. Specification of specific programs.
Participating to the rollout of the Core model in the industrial sites. Specification and acceptance of the specific adaptations for the monthly closing. Customizing of evolutions. Conception and realization of tests from unit tests to acceptance tests. Training of the key users. Conception and building of COPA reports (KE30) ; Use of KE24.
For the roll-out of the Core model, I ensured that the corporate rules for the Water entity are respected in France:
Validation of the customizing for CO-PS
Adaptation of the customizing
Help in the migration of the projects into the new environment
Realization of UAT tests and approval
Also, I designed and implemented the annual end closing of the entity:

The monopoly of the sugar in Marocco is ending. To adapt to competition, the company makes a first implementation of SAP. I implemented the product costing:
Cost estimates
Production of co-products
Periodic and annual end-closing
Revaluation at actual cost of both the inventory and the consumption
As an Accenture team member, I realized the blueprint of the controlling flows for the Lagardère Service Distribution company. I made workshops with both the financial controllers and the top management of the Group. The solution has been presented to the CFO’s.
Ending the customization of the cost estimates and their related acceptance tests. Use of the ABC process to add indirect costs. Participation to the go-live and post go-live assistance.
I audited the controlling processes and proposed several improvements in the implementation of SAP. The customizing has been implemented by the project management driven by Accenture. Also, I helped the users in the period-end closing (support and training of the users), and I prepared the reporting.
For the roll-out, I implemented the product costing in a factory of the Group. It was a first implementation of SAP for this entity:
