Carlson still works with two environments Cognos 7.3 and Cognos 8. In this context, my first role is to provide them with support to supervise the cubes production and handle monthly production issues. My second role in this project is to optimize the cube production (more than 700 cubes monthly) and optimize the reports execution and complex reports replaced by a native SQL.
