    Role synopsis: The IMPACT Programme aims at defining and deploying harmonized master data, business processes and applications throughout MBDA using latest SAP S/4HANA technology as a baseline:
    • Move current ERP systems to S/4HANA using a hybrid approach
    • Create a master data governance process across MBDA Group supported by the SAP MDG tool
    • Ensure a common and fully integrated business planning, budgeting, reporting and consolidation solution through the deployment of SAP BPC. Implementing CAPEX planning, data collection for Cost Base elements (Headcount, non-payroll) and Contract Statement Report (CSR), followed by an implementation to facilitate Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP), Budget, Forecast and Reporting processes.
    • Ensure common and fully integrated sales and operations planning capabilities including simulations (i.e. what if scenarios).

    Accountabilities/Responsibilities
    • Involved in defining the process, responsible for data migration across all functional work streams, and will identify data to be transitioned from legacy systems to S/4 HANA, MDG develop core data migration deliverables and technical assets and support the testing throughout the data migration test cycles.
    • Full life cycle of the data migration process, from strategy and planning, through to execution and go-live.
    • Segregation of Master, reference and transactional data.
    • Assessment of data quality.
    • Management of risks associated with Data Migration.
    • Work with chosen vendor and existing legacy system support teams to define a data migration strategy ➔ Usage of Data Profiling Reports (Syniti)
    • Ownership of data extraction, transformation and migration activities.
    • Management of data validation processes for migrated data.
    • Work with data archiving team to provide data for them to populate data into the archive as appropriate.
    • Support the programme plan for each iteration of data migration.
    • Work with the functional / technical team to understand what data needs to be redacted.

    Role synopsis: The Project is part of the development of the Information System, which aims to ensure connectivity and improve performance within the SONATRACH Group. The need is to have a solution that will allow for harmonization of business processes, facilitate communication and exchange of information in order to ensure efficient and optimal management to overcome any anomaly of the installations through the SONATRACH sites.

    Accountabilities/Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the Cutover.
    • Develop the Global Template and Local teams, to execute the Cutover.

    Role synopsis: This project has been introduced from the very beginning not only as an IT project, but as a Company Transformation one. All departments of the companies are impacted by this migration and should be involved in the project. The migration towards SAP S4/HANA should enable, in the end, a full implementation of the Entrepreneur Operating Model. This should also enable all SES-Imagotag’s companies to beneficiate from a harmonized IT environment. The set-up of SAP S4/HANA should accompany the strategic reflexion around the process revision and help put in place the best practices. All reporting, management and transversal processes should thus be made easier at group level. Affiliates which have been deployed at the same date are : France, Canada, USA, Austria and Germany

    Role synopsis: The project started in 2014, as a part of a three years plan to develop and modernize the Zakat and Tax Automation System. The main requirement was to use SAP’s ten quality principles to complete an effective, fast, low cost implementation, with simplified business processes and deliver significant business benefits to the organization. Invenio was chosen to lead the implementation of the GAZT project, after a comprehensive selection process, competing with companies such as Oracle and Bull SAS, the incumbent system providers. The project was a challenge due to the poor quality of data and the need for extensive training of 1200 tax officers. Ten GAZT offices across Saudi Arabia went live at the same time, just a month before the tax collection peak period, which required fast and precise teamwork. Now that the system has been updated, GAZT tax officers no longer have to process paper-based returns, as these were successfully transferred to the new system leading to faster and more accurate processing. Through the completion of this project, the Tax and Revenue Management solution became the first system in the world where a tax return system is available across all mobile devices.
