Feature Engineer
• Electronic signature business requirement analysis – the objective was to analyse the feasibility and assess the risk of establishing an e-signature for the bank.
• Customer journey analysis to identify in which circumstances the signature is required, establishing several scenarios – documentation using Confluence and drawer.io (swimlane and UML)
• Risk assessment for several solutions (Adobe Sign, Cosi, DocuSign) regarding legal and compliance
• Defining the level of signatures (advanced and Qualified) related to document types.
• Investigating hardware and software needs and IT risk assessments of required resources.
• Providing the epics and related features to fulfil the requirements and help the team define the ad-hoc user stories to implement a minimum viable product as an initial phase.
