• In line with Nordea’s ambition to provide the best-in-class Wealth Management services, the project implemented and integrated the TripleA platform for portfolio management with Olympic and the STP Ullink solution for the trading room. Primary role consisted of:
o Managing software vendors
o Defining scope and project plans based on use cases.
o Defining demand management and capacity management
o Organising test cases related to the different business scenarios.
o Enhancing and configuring a third-party application via Java programming for the trading platform
o Fix client connectivity for DMA - Market connectivity to exchanges or brokers via the ULNET platform.
