I was a member of the development group for TMON/CICS. TMON/CICS is a performance monitor for CICS TS. I developed fixes and enhancements for the product by making changes to the TMON/CICS internal assembler language modules. To be able to test the changes across CICS TS releases I built CICS TS regions for all CICS TS versions from 4.1 to 5.5. I also worked with CICS TG and Liberty/OSGi JVM servers.

Incident resolution using dumps IPCS , traces GTF , IMS logs IMSPI , SLIP traps etc.,
Project to verify the use of 'super member' for the HPNS Tandem /IMS Connect message flow,
Assembler language programming for both z/OS and IMS OTMA/MSC exits,
Product installation and upgrades including CICS TS and ADABAS,
Worked on the IMS TM to IBM MQ interface,
Performance tuning with a focus on CPU time reduction.
