Role: Serve as the program manager for the implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) solutions for multiple clients. Managing customization and delivery of client solutions. Identification of features which would add value to the product, adding them to the storyboard for product enhancement. Monthly leading the discussion on product enhancement and preparing the sprint plan for the product team. Acted as a scrum master for the product development team.
Evaluated different tools for project management. The criteria for selection were that it should support both agile and waterfall plus cost. We finally used Click-up for the product/implementation/ release management tool.

Planning the transition and executing the plan for network setups, repository creation and other accesses to servers and applications. Documentation of all processes for the client is not limited to change management, incident management, and communication management but also transition in hostile conditions.

Business Objective: Develop the client proposal, finalise the scope of work and obtain client sign-off.
Role: As the proposal lead was responsible for developing a consolidated solution for the bid, validating the project cost and profitability matrix for the bid, obtaining a bid/ no-bid mandate from the management, negotiating the resource allocations and budgets with internal teams, developing the base level scope of work and agree on the change of scope parameters with the client. Lead and coordinated all discussions with the finance team, legal team, IT architect, subject matter experts of applications, client representatives and vendors to develop proposals.
Result: Developed and won multiple proposals, with the largest proposal having the value of 1 M SGD

Client: Development Bank of Singapore
Business Objectives: Testing of MEPS system on behalf of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) at DBS and other banks.
Role: Lead programmer for mainframe applications. Was the lead on the MERVA (SWIFT) application which accounted for 90% of the volume of transition management on the project. Performed DCUT for all the projects and led the migration of projects from mainframes to web-based systems.
Led SWIFT application, where 90% of change was performed for this project.
