Pixelraise was the natural evolution of agency I ve already created before (eNano-Tech) with the aim to
be closer to our customers scattered on 3 continents.
I co-founded the company (based on our factory already operating since several years)
I was in charge of staff management (recruiting, training, motivating on critical projects periods ...)
I was business analyst on several projects : writing specifications, scoping the needs expressed by
customers, helping them understand what are the limitations of technology offered and how to get around it.
As PO, I was in charge of requirements analysis, user stories reporting on Project Management tools
(JIRA, Freedcamp, Zoho Project ) and making sure progress on different items is as planned.
I was engaged in Process Improvement for multiple customers by putting In place rules to validate
design (design thinking workshops) , improve efficiency of developer teams to respect budgets and
deadlines.
With several clients, I helped passing solutions to cloud by adopting Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions
and putting in place process incremental deployment (Intranets, Corporate Solutions, Azure AD
SSO ... )

- I created the strategy and business model based on Outsourcing (Nearshore / Offshore) to be able to
