Achievements: Managing the ERP department which is composed of two teams:
o Four Oracle PeopleSoft developers for the modules: Recruitment, Training, HR, Time&labor Management, Payroll, Performance and Compensation.
o Four Oracle E-Business R12 developers for finance (AP, GL, OIC, PO, iProcurement and Contracts).
I managed those teams with greater agility (SCRUM) and lower TCO:
o Implémentation of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3, including data migration/conversion from AS400 DB2 to Oracle,
o GO-LIVE of the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.5 upgrade, including specific data migration
o GO-LIVE of the Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade, including specific data migration,
o Oracle Fusion POC,
o Automation of the compensation flow (NOVA -> E-Business-OIC -> PeopleSoft-Payroll), with data migration/conversion from AS400 to Oracle.
o Four wide projects of several thousand days developed with ADF, with data migration$/conversion from AS400 to Oracle E-Business R12.2.5,
o Maintenance of the ERPs,
o Managing users workshops, functional design and UI design,
o Process design and specifications,
o Payroll overhaul in PeopleSoft,
o Dematerialization of the payslip,
o Redesign of the bonus calculation engine (ADF), with data migration from AS400 to Oracle
o Recasting of the application of the remuneration documents (ADF) , with data migration/conversion from Oracle PeopleSoft to Oracle E-Business R12,

Achievements: Whole Proof-of-Concept to upgrade directly from Oracle 9i to Oracle Database 11g:
11g data migration solution with very low manual intervention
RBO to CBO migration best practices.
All applications have been verified to ensure that Oracle 11g upgrade is optimal and reliable.
Evaluate the new 11g performance.
