Jean-François ******** has been working as an ERP Functional consultant for 30 years on French and international projects and has a very strong functional background. Jean-François has experienced the full project life cycle (Carrefour, Eiffage, Dassault Systèmes…) from process analysis, to configuration, testing, data conversion, end-user support, trainings, upgrades.
The on-going support, maintenance and enhancements on different ERP softwares for Financial and Distribution modules gave him the opportunity to have a clear vision of an ERP in production environment.

• General and Detail specifications on the GL (release 8.8) and LM/AM (release 9.2) modules.
• Configuration, Data-Conversion and End user support after the Go-Lives.
Point-P (Saint-Gobain) 30 months
• In charge of the end-user support on the GL and AM modules on 8.8 release.
• Analysis of customer needs, writing specification for customizations, non-regression tests, …
• In close relation with an off-shore sub-contractor company (IBM) based in India.
Eiffage 36 months
• Team manager for the Asset Management team on release 9.1 based on IAS17 accounting rules.
• General and Detail specification, tests, data-conversion for the leasing functionalities,
• Other end-user support on GL, AP, PO, and AM modules.
