Lead and coordination of the project. Short team (2 consultants) and challenging delivery schedule (4 months’ time-span project) in regards of the Inter-Companies partnership volumes.
Workshops, Business gap-analysis and design adaptations: roll-out of the existing inter-company automated solution for billing. Covering the Inter-Company requirements
between the 200 MSC Commercial Agencies world-wide and the 2 MSC Shipmanagement Offices
between companies within the MSC Holdings
Customizing, testing and roll-out of the core solution to the Shipmanagement Office in Italy
SD organisational structure, sales orders, billing and output settings
EDI partner settings and ALE settings
Methodology for massive settings and unit tests : LSMW for high volume of customizing entries and for unit tests of the high volumes of test cases.
Training and User Acceptancy Tests
Training materials, user guides, training of the end-users
Methodology to meet the 4 months schedule : processes are tested and refined over 2 iterative cycles test cycles in partnership with Pilot Agencies, the Shipmanagement offices, MSC HQ entity and the Holdings.
