Project:
My role is to manage offshore and onshore teams in order to implement new functionalities in the
purchasing area using mainly the SAP SRM and the SAP MM modules. The SAP SRM solution has been
deployed in more than 70 countries. Below are the tasks carried out during the projects:
Pre-planning: workload estimation, planning
General design
Detailed design
Implementation
User Acceptance tests (UAT)
Production launch
Post-GO-Live support
Below is a description of the main projects:
Automation of the item catalog management
This project aims to automate the management of internal catalogs by implementing two interfaces
between Hubwoo (the publisher of the Hubwoo application) and SAP MDM on the one hand, and between
SAP SRM and Hubwoo on the other.
As part of this project, I'm in charge of monitoring the progress of tasks to be carried out by Hubwoo, in
addition to monitoring tasks to be carried out by Accenture's onshore and offshore teams.
- Managing work orders for installation and service requests
The aim of this project is to interface an external system for managing work orders (installation, service)
with SAP SRM. The aim is to send orders to suppliers from SRM using work orders created in the external
system. The interfaces were implemented using the Webmethod application as a middleware.
Service provider management
The aim of this project is to dynamically manage a supplier database in SAP SRM, replacing an existing
Access database. The functionalities implemented concern the implementing of search engine of the
suppliers using several criteria, integration of the supplier database with the contract database, updating of
suppliers, segregation of user rights and integration with the BI tool for reporting purposes.
