Project Assignments History

Project: (Oct 2008 – May 2009). Geneva’s branch migration from G13 to T24 R07 and from jBase 4 to jBase 5
 Role. Project Manager
 Key Achievements. Exported methodology and procedures to our Miami branch’s migration to T24. Improved connectivity and CoB times. Used Testopia tool for Development and UAT tests. Instructed the team in T24 new functionalities

Project: (Jun 2008 – Sep 2008). Securities implementation in Jersey’s branch

I worked as a consultant with ATOS for seven years. The majority of time I was assigned to Temenos Globus projects for Caja Madrid, the fourth financial institution in Spain. I leaded a team of technical consultants who implemented, evolved, migrated and maintained the platform.
