  An application for the generation of inquiry documents/tender documents for suppliers in the form of interactive forms has been developed. The forms contain clauses that were previously collected through a workflow in various specialist departments. The forms go to the suppliers via middleware (query circulation), are supplemented by them and are returned to the application via the middleware . A comparison of the supplier answers is carried out in the application and, if necessary, a new query cycle is started. This procedure continues until all comparisons with the suppliers are positive or a coordinator decides that the request document is finally ready for award.

  Development of a series of extensions for SAP Folders Management and SAP Case Management for the disposal process.
  Records and cases with the associated documents must be able to be closed. This is a sign that the technical process contained in the record has been completed. Attributes should no longer be allowed to be changed at the document level and the document content should no longer be able to be changed.
  Closed records/processes must be easily recognizable and it must then be possible to select and open them again. In this case, changes to the attributes of a file/process and the contents should then be made again

  • oscare ® APD: Health insurance companies receive millions of care bills or hundreds of thousands of inventory maintenance questionnaires for family insurance over the course of a year. Two examples of processes with a high volume of cases and complex processing. With the Automated Process Dark Processing (APD) oscare ® takes over these tasks. The customer defines threshold values in connection with the intelligent set of rules BRFplus . This determines which cases can be processed fully automatically and which should be processed manually.

An ABAP Webdynpro application (Roadmap Wizard) was built to query the user-specific attributes, which queries the user in various Workflow steps for all the attributes required for document creation.   DHL, Logistics, Introduction of a contract management solution and migration of the legacy system
  
  A contract management solution was introduced for a logistics service provider. The existing contract data and documents from the existing non-SAP application were migrated to the new solution. Furthermore, the contract management solution was integrated into the existing SAP and non-SAP system landscape via interfaces. The contract management solution is part of the customer's central SAP system based on ECC 6.0. A SAP NetWeaver 7.0 system was used as an interface dispatcher to connect the peripheral systems.
