    • Create the various data flow diagrams, blueprints, interfaces including third party vendors for the technical fitgap assessment.
    • Peopletools compare reports : Analyze and document the on-line technical solutions (training and billing) against the Oracle Psoft Release 9 solution from one business unit.
    • Analyze existing solution to identify “bolt-on” customised vs delivered software objects.
    • Validate existing configuration for the module including Core HR settings.
    • Manage the web-tool with questionnaire results, follow up calls with the business users.
    • Report to Management twice weekly with macro-micro status reports.
    • Manage the project plan, meetings and deliverables.

  • POSITION: Technical Payroll Interface Lead – Core HR - Conversion

    • Manage the technical work from the development phase through migration phases, until cutover.
    • Manage the debugging of the AE code and interface files directly with developers during all phases of the project ( analysis, data mapping, design, test, migration, post-production support and hand over)

    • Validate Conversion data running SQL Scripts against employee data and configuration data.

    • Create Business Process Flow documents to communicate the end to end process.
    • Create friendly and complex Queries for end-users to validate conversion data, payroll testing and for everyday data management in Production.
    • Prepare and facilitate meetings with vendors. ( key decisions)
    • Manage schedules and team members’ workload.
