I am in charge of deploying the MES solution in Safran aircraft engines subsidiaries in five countries (USA,
MEXICO, FRANCE, INDIA & CHINA)
As a deployment program lead, my responsibilities include the full lifecycle of the digital transformation in the
plants from the assessments value workshops to people training
o Conduct and drive a value assessment workshops
o Led interviews to understand the subsidiaries organization, identifying challenges, opportunities for
improvement and proposed solutions.
o Define a strategy to deploy an integrated PLM/MES system and a wider focus on data services as a
business opportunity
o Help to build a local organization that includes closer working between IT and operations in order to
support the digital transformation
o Define the change management strategies with business
o Manage the project team, budget and planning
