In parallel of an aggressive SAP global installation, AbbVie launched a program to archive all legacy ERP’s and to provide BI tools to access and reconcile sales &expenses data using QlikView. Involved in the initiation process to build the scope and options for the program, had a role as Area Project
Manager for Europe and EMEA and a role of Subject Matter Expert for AS400 legacy ERP’s.
Team management, up to 10 different stakeholders at the same time (business, technicians, engineers, commercials, managers, top managers) with small (1-2 people) to large groups (50 people).

–Jul ‘12 to Jul ‘13 Responsible of developing usage of QlikView dashboards for Business Intelligence. Pilot with Belgium where the country needed to be convinced to use QlikView, an analytical tool was built in 6 months with detailed analytics on CRM data, sales data up to brick views, expenses data up to detailed splits, headcount report.
In 2013, Exploria was chosen as a CLM application via iPad and I was responsible of the analytical tool development for an iPad dashboard still using QlikView.
Resulting in 100% increase of usage of QlikView technology in Europe.
Managed the process of supplier selection for building the applications, 10 different prospected all across Europe.

Abbott decided to split its company, to support the split projects have been initiated to split systems. With a group of high
-skilled business analysts we developed 2 solutions based on 2 financial models for each country.
Succeeding in delivering the project, Abbott re-gain trust and confidence in IT project management in 5 months.
Project scope achieved entirely by July ’12, remaining time and budget were spent on other Abbott projects to implement minor system changes that were pending due to lack of budget.
