Experienced Project Manager within the EMA (Electronic Market Access) Team, specializing in leading projects related to stock exchange access. Serve as a business analyst, subject matter expert, and primary liaison with stock exchanges. Provide crucial support to production teams and traders.

• Oversee projects related to market connectivity, focusing on trading and market data in compliance with regulatory and internal business requirements.
• Coordinate with the network team and exchanges to establish UAT and production access, including managing contracts, testing access, and monitoring line capacity.
• Perform project management and business analyst duties, including defining scope, initiating projects, drafting functional specifications, conducting regular follow-up meetings, and preparing reports.
• Set up test access, prepare configurations, and conduct tests to ensure robust system performance.
• Develop guidelines and configurations for the production team to implement new software versions.
• Provide support to production teams, trading support teams, and traders in resolving issues.
• Monitor the retrieval of referential data from exchanges on a daily basis and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stock exchanges and customers.
• Lead dress rehearsals during major migrations and collaborate with development and production teams to address issues in real-time whenever possible.
• Conduct conformance tests with exchanges to ensure compliance.

Project Manager owning FIS financial markets connectivity, leading all projects related to stock exchanges (new access, technical or functional migrations, regulatory changes) and FIS customers acting as Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert and product owner.

• Build and maintain trust relationship with stock exchanges and FIS customers.
• Monitor the market and assess impact on FIS trading software solutions.
• Act as the functional expert on FIS trading solution within the financial markets listed below.
• Qualify customer requirements, define and validate project scope with project stakeholders and draft project plan.
• Draft functional specification and work with quality teams to draft and validate test plan.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with project team (near and far offshore cross functional teams), draft project reports for stakeholders and take corrective actions and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct regular meetings with customer representatives to share projects and issues solving status.
• Make sure that customers’ requirements are appropriately addressed and escalated when needed.
• Draft client information bulletin informing FIS customers about any upcoming technical or functional changes with details about FIS strategy for rollout and deliveries.
• Work closely with FIS network team and stock exchanges to set UAT and production access.
• Lead all dress rehearsals during major migrations and liaise directly with customers to fix any issues on real time if possible.
• Conduct conformance tests with the exchanges and assist customers to successfully pass their conformance tests.
• Draft clear and regular internal and external communication for project stakeholders and customers.
• Draft user guides used as a know how to trade on specific financial markets.
• Provide functional expertise to project teams and closely liaise with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Scrum teams (Jira, Sprint Planning, stand-ups).
• Manage projects following different methodology and frameworks Waterfall, Agile, CMMI.
• As product owner from March 2014
o Create the product backlog based on the product vision as seen by the stakeholders and project owners.
o Monitor and track all Scrum related activities in the project.
o Ensure the product backlog is properly groomed and maintained at all times.
o Provide the necessary support to everyone “attached” with the project to ensure that the project is successful.
o Validate product increment.
o Provide internally a detailed report on each sprint (scope, workload, status).

Management of a women empowerment project funded by MEPI program: “STRENGTHENING WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS” in Tunisia and Algeria.
The project targeted to create business centers in rural area of Tunisia and Algeria to train rural women on micro enterprise management and assist them to get funded.

• Partnerships building: Project goals definition, potential partners detection, NGO pre-selection, NGO valuation, final selection, draft and negotiation of the memorandum of understanding.
• Project management :
o Team recruitment: identification of the selection criteria, recruit the project team and train them.
o Day to day project management with on-field visits
o Risk management.
o Planning and budget follow-up.
o Reporting to headquarter and stakeholders.
• Capabilities building: Project teams training, training content design and development, training planning, Training of Trainers, Beneficiaries’ training supervision.
