Freelance Réalisation d’une application de pilotage automatique de la production de l’usine. L’application est composée d’un backend et d’un front.

Le Backend est chargé d’interagir avec le WMS (Warehouse Management System), pour sortir des palettes du stock, et l’OPC (Open Platform Communications), pour diriger les palettes vers les différents postes de tri, nourrissage et échantillonnage des insectes.

Le front permet l’importation des données de production depuis un fichier Excel, de trier les lots à produire et de suivre l’avancement de la production. Il permet également d’activer ou désactiver les traitements automatiques du backend et de sortir à la demande des palettes du WMS. Enfin, il permet de connaître l’état du stock d’insectes.

Sur ce projet j’étais plus particulièrement en charge de la réalisation de l’IHM et de la gestion de la base de données. J’ai également participé à la conception globale de l’application.
