- Led transition from skype/A365 call center solutions, to Teams/Heedify solution:
o Define the scope of the project and conduct assessments with the business teams.
o Vendors solution evaluation, run proof of concept testing
o Conduct architecture workshops to define the target HLD and ensured compliance with
