ENGIE has implemented a new version of SAP and experience many issues on contract management replication. I have provided and implemented a problem solving methodology to contain the contract replication error and solve the problem at the root cause, which was the data migration.
Technical Environment: SAP (CRM-SD-ISU-FICA-FICO), Salesforce.
The results are the decrease of 97% of the stock and 70% of the input in 6 months.

Eni Gas&Power has implemented a new IT system in order to support an amazing increase in market share on the French market of energy providers. While the IT division needs to continue to grow, structuring their processes and contract management, it experiences a crisis in production. I lead the Front Office area, managing at the same time the resolution of the crisis and the structuration of processes of the IT division:

Périmètre : SAP CRM, site internet et 60 interfaces entre 14 applications informatiques. Résultat : respect des délais et 0 défaut bloquant sur mon périmètre.
