Within the Credit Analytics & Ratings department, following an Audit carried out by the ECB (European Central Bank), as part of the CRDC SAS (Credit Risk Data Collector) project, responsible for the development of a SAS application (based on expressions of needs), making it possible to industrialize the centralization and processing of data, in order to ultimately increase the traceability and robustness of the PD (Probability of Default) backtesting process. The periodic database (corporate and financial institutions) thus constituted is mainly supplied via internal rating engines (RMPM, BMRC, BDDF, etc.), as well as by external ratings from three rating agencies. In addition to the constitution of a historical base going back to 2007, the application must also facilitate, as flexibly as possible, the integration, processing and restitution of information linked to future accounting closing dates, necessary for backtesting campaigns, which must be able to be carried out over time. Special emphasis on application scalability and performance.
