1 HQ, 5 production plants, 800 people, 10 major brands & 7 major licenses representing 250 M€ turnover. As Cutover & test manager – part of the PMO team - I was deeply involved from the beginning in the carve-out to Eurazeo Group. Responsible of delivering an up and running business for the new “Carambar & Co” entity in the frame of the May 2017 Release, I was in charge of the organization of the project office in Clamart for about 300 people coming from France and abroad during two weeks at each cutover period, including weekend and 24/24 cutover activities, the respect and application of the Mondelez IS/IT methodology, the explanation of the Mondelez methodology to the French teams, the involvement and coordination of the French Functional Leads in the global delivery as well as making them clear what was expected from them along the tied timeline, the follow-up of the achievement and report to the PMOs and Release Management, the organization, follow-up and animation of the local test cycles as well as tests results and defects and eventually the post-go live support.

Core model deployment of the SAP RailSys solution in an electronic control parts refurbishment plant. Changes were performed in MM and WM to fit with de physical moving of two warehouses and enable a smooth moving. The complex project’s context was due to the particular autonomy of the site.

This position was coupled with lots of deployments where I was involved as Project Manager (see below).

Core model deployment of the SAP RailSys solution, from a deep gap-analysis to the post go-live support. This deployment was done in the context of the moving of the warehouse from Washington DC to a Delaware site. A strong commitment on delivery date was required due particular sensitivity of the spare parts for AMTRAK rolling stocks.

The audit was conducted in the frame of a major crisis after a prior missed implementation causing severe and blocking issues in data transfer to ARIBA. The analysis was done on 40 interfaces (different back-ends to ARIBA) resulting in the full revamping of interfaces design as well as many corrections in the existing interfaces to mitigate the major and blocking issues.
