As an ABAP team lead, I driven the developments onsite and offshore. Amongst the developments, I made Enhancements to the standard and implement new BADIs, User-Exits.
Provide developers (offshore, a total of 7 developers) with technical designs, code review before delivery to ensure the code practices (naming conventions and performance).

ABAP Developments (MM/SD, FI/CO, PS and SRM SAP modules). Adapt and prepare programs for migration to S/4.
