  The objective of the project is to support and carry out the customer in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations of the SAP system
  I’m now a member of maintenance team (with SopraSteria). My main activity is carry out evolution of class and characteristics (Classification topics)

  Chalenge stakeholders on the relevance and needs expressed
  Ensure that developments are consistent with SAP business rules and best practice
  Quantified the requested evolutions
  Carry out and test the modifications expressed
  Perform corrections of detected errors

  Engie – ECAM Project: Casablanca – MOROCCO (SAP PM, MM, SD)

  The objective of the project is to a full implementation of S4 HANA (FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, PM) .
  I participate in the project as Logistics Stream Lead. I had to manage a team of 3 consultants (PM, MM and SD) and also 2 internships.
  Achievements:
  Organize meetings with stakeholders to collect the need and establish the main rules to build the blueprint.
  Participate in the drafting and validation of the general design document
  Organize workshops with the business to define management rules for the detail design (for PM, MM and SD modules).
  Customizing realisation and documentation
  Build and deliver all new specification documents (transport management using PM and CO)
  Follow up of the delivery of specific programs built by the off shore team in India
  Organize training session (only for key users) and participate to build and validation of training document
  Data migration preparation (data cleaning, conversion rules, template creation).
  Role and authorization preparation (collect roles / users / profile, update role and authorization matrix).
  Prepare unit and acceptance tests (Scenario creation).
  Cut over plan preparation and execution.
  Go-live run and support end users

  Other tasks:
  Weekly reporting: achievements, alerts, some key KPI
  Monitor the logistics consultants team activity and provide solutions to problems encountered
  Train trainees and prepare their to-do
  Monitor budget consumption and report alerts (especially regarding developments in India)

  The objective of the project is to implement the new Core model solution.
  I was in charge of the implementation of the new core model solution on SAP PM module.

  Organize workshops with the business to define management rules.
  SAP maintenance structure realisation.
  System customizing.
  Deliver all new specification documents (scanning spare part, Work order printout,).
  Data migration preparation (data cleaning, conversion rules, template creation).
  Role and authorization preparation (collect roles / users / profile, update role and authorization matrix).
  Prepare unit and acceptance tests (Scenario creation).
  Other tasks:
  Data crunching for other Tarkett sites
  Build and cost action plan to help in decision process to implement the Core Solution

  The purpose of the project is to build a new Core Model using Agile methodology on SAP S4 HANA technology in finance, controlling, logistics and maintenance. I was in charge of procurement and maintenance domains. Now, the project is on global design phase
