    Assembling high-caliber project team comprised of on-site and off-shore resources, client’s SMEs and business decision makers aligned with program scope.

    Business Operations and consulting group development – Startup consulting company (CA) – 10/08 to 03/09 – Business Operations Director. Harmonized operational structure for underdeveloped consulting firm (120 employees) as a result of orchestrating activities such as:
    Developing program and project proposal framework supporting $500K to $40M initiatives.
    Authoring PeopleSoft ERP implementation and upgrade methodology documentation.

    PeopleSoft ERP solution design and implementation – Hedge Fund Group (NYC) – 11/07 to 09/08 – Steered a $XM program to improve the financial organization productivity by coordinating concurrent projects to re-engineer business processes, implement “business critical” PeopleSoft ERP FSCM solution and ensuring SOX compliance after IPO for a fast growing Hedge Fund company. Creatively reduced timeline by 2 weeks.

    Global Program Coordination – SGCIB (Hong Kong) – 11/06 to 06/07 – Partnered with COO Asia and PMO to salvage a multi-million €uros program spanning 7 critical projects in Asia into a single integrated program that will allow the company to continue business in the foreign country by:
    Synergizing core activities across 15 teams and 70 resources scattered across 5 countries.

    Project Manager – Solution design and implementation Och-Ziff Capital Management Group – New York, November 2007 to September 2008. Supporting the business needs of a fast growing Hedge Funds company and ensuring the SOX compliance of the solution implemented was the goal of this “business critical” project at Och-Ziff.

    Designed a global solution to convert old and inefficient legacy system onto a single but global financial solution.
    Organized and coordinated multiple concomitant projects while defined priorities, risks, implementation and testing / acceptance processes and strategy.

    Managed successfully the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 ERP from inception to go live, from solution design to post Go Live support with a team up to 10 people.

Developed a Test Strategy, Test plan, Test scope and Test procedures to test a customized PeopleSoft Financials solution specific to the City of Los Angeles. Developed Functional/Technical Design documents for a new custom program to automatically troubleshoot recurring technical issues within the PeopleSoft applications.     2001 to February 2006 Managed the QA teams in charge of testing General Ledger, Financial Architecture, Global Components (VAT, Intrastat, DEB, IBAN, localizations...), Integration and Business Process Flows. These teams were involved in all the phases of the SDLC. Managed the QA Automation team: This technical team was responsible for supporting the automation scripts, testing tools and processes.
