vSphere 5 ESXi server (Including Nexus 1000v switch, SRM Technology, HA, DRS).
 Calculate the workload of the current environment based on the physical server and propose the new
VMware environment.
 Transform /Migrate/Release role to perform the business transformation, this mainly involves migrating
the 700+ servers/infrastructure scattered 5+ datacenter location across the UK. Consolidate the
requirement and move into the new data center in a planned manner.
 Prepare the HLD (High-Level Diagram) & LLD/SAD (Low-level Diagram/ Solution Architecture diagram)
as per the project requirement and present the same to the customer for project transformation.
 Design the build strategy including the redundancy of the VMware servers/Architecture.
 Make sure that all the ESXi servers were physically redundancy that includes interconnecting, power,
network redundancy.
 Creating SOP related to project and handover to BAU team/management for project support.
