ENGIE has implemented a new version of SAP and experience many issues on contract management replication. I have provided and implemented a problem solving methodology to contain the contract replication error and solve the problem at the root cause, which was the data migration.
Technical Environment: SAP (CRM-SD-ISU-FICA-FICO), Salesforce. The results are the decrease of 97% of the stock and 70% of the input in 6 months.

While the IT division needs to continue to grow, structuring their processes and contract management, it experiences a crisis in production. I lead the Front Office area, managing at the same time the resolution of the crisis and the structuration of processes of the IT division:
