Agile Master of MMK Paris team
Main activities are:
• Promote agile practices within its feature team:
• Train and coach feature team members on the values, principles and practices of agility.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies within the feature team, ie all feature team meetings focusing on goals, iteration, predictability, velocity and
providing support to the Product Owner. Finally, facilitate intra-team dynamics in relation to priorities and scopes.
• Ensure the sustainability of agility within the feature team.
• Support the team in achieving its objectives both in delivery and in production
• Help the team overcome its obstacles by solving the problems encountered and foster a problem-solving oriented state of mind
• Support the dynamics of continuous improvement of the team and lead the feature team towards a continuous improvement approach
on both dynamics and performance
• Support the team on the quality of deliverables with the help of the technical leader and capitalize on the practices developed in the
various Chapters.
• Attach importance to the stability of production and contribute to instilling this state of mind.
Interactions with
• Chapter Managers to address skill requirements for Feature Team deliverables: Craftmanship Chapter Manager and Value Chain
Chapter Manager
• Product Owner to ensure reporting on delivery and production, ensure consistency between team capacity and sprint execution to
facilitate steercos and opcos, guide the team in establishing and the prioritization of its backlog.
• Other features team from his tribe and outside his tribe for synchronization ceremonies on transverse and more complex deliverables.
As project manager, my role is to:
• Analyze and challenge the needs expressed by the professions through the animation of workshops, the conduct of interviews, etc.
• Define solutions and assess their impacts
• Consolidate the IS budget estimate of the solutions
• Contribute to the analysis of the economic relevance of solutions (Client, MOE)
• Assess the IS risks related to the solutions
• Advise and propose arbitrations (functional, budget, deadlines, etc.)
