• The test effort estimate
• The test deliverable (Master test plan, Test analysis and Test design, Requirement traceability matrix, Defect logging, daily/weekly status report). These tesware are annexed to the test strategy document.
• The test management approach (identification of requirements, identify Test cases, establish bidirectional Matrix, SME review of Test cases )
• The execution process ( Test phases – giving the large number of application to migrate , migration has been splited to 5 big blocs , Test Cycle, validation and defect management
• The Metrics (Test preparation & Execution Status, Daily execution status, Project Weekly Status report )
• Defect tracking and reporting( set up of defect tracking process )
• The test schedule, it includes activities: Test preparation, test implementation and execution, evaluate exit criteria and reporting, test planning and control.

SFR applications formerly hosted in France were migrated to Telenet and the links with SFR France were cut off. The systems in question are: Open rate: call rating system, WeCare: CRM + ticketing tool + Stock management.
