Set up and lead a PMO for a worldwide ICT outsourcing program (40 countries, 600 sites, more than 20 project/senior project managers in the team) to provide account team and project managers with the support for timely and cost-effective delivery of the services to the customer: methodology development, team management, program reporting, resources, issues and escalation management, quality assurance and control, coaching and mentoring to Project/Senior Project Managers.

2. Transformation: Rolled out a tool to manage the benefits of large projects

Presales and Bid Management for large ICT transformation deals and PMOs: develop transformation plan (scope, planning, P&L, governance, risks); ensure new large deals have been validated from a project management perspective during the sales cycle; provide customers and leadership with confidence that the deal would reach its financial objectives.

4. Community Lead: Launch and Lead a worldwide transversal Knowledge Network Community in the security domain

Main achievements:
• Developed a customized project management methodology with the customer, based on PMI standard (PMBoK)
• Improved the projects delivery success rate by more than 100% end of 2007
• Developed templates used by the European Project Management team to develop the transformation program plan (P&L, governance, planning, risk, etc.)
• Provide PMO and Project Management value proposition on most of the large bids in Switzerland, during the presales process.
