Following the entry of a new request from a SharePoint list, a
Listener, responsible for notifying the workflow of a new entry
in the SharePoint list, gives the order to start a new instance
of the NINTEX workflow. The workflow sets the initial status of
the request to the initial status "Draft", then the workflow, as
the tasks are carried out by the various actors, successively
updates the status of the request and sends a mail to a set
of previously defined recipients, with the intrinsic information
of the process instance, after the actors of each service
have carried out a series of tasks (scanning of documents,
updating or validation of information, etc.). Sequence of
steps in following a logical circuit - with parallelized tasks -
defined when designing the workflow (calling sub-workflows
to go to the next macro-step, call Web Services developed
in .NET C#, …)
