As a Digital Product Manager for Eurosport and TNTSports Digital, I lead the
development and innovation of our primary digital platform, ensuring it meets the highest
standards and continues to be the go-to destination for our users. This includes managing
features, functionality, and user experience & design (UX&D) from end-to-end.
• Product Leadership: Led the WBD Sports product team in product discovery, roadmap
definition, and feature delivery (46 Markets with 19 languages)
• Major event Delivery: Successfully delivered major international events: Beijing 2022,
Tokyo 2020, and Paris 2024 Olympics

o 32 sports (48 disciplines); almost 9 months of dev for each edition

As the Digital Product Manager responsible for the Card Subscriptions & Options vertical, I
defined the product vision in collaboration with market teams and coordinated crossfunctional entities (IT, legal, compliance, CRM, etc.). My role involved identifying and
implementing business, marketing, and customer journey strategies to meet ambitious goals
for digital contributions to card product sales.
• Product Vision: Building the product vision and evaluating new opportunities alongside
key stakeholders (markets, payment systems, compliance, legal, risk, etc.).
• Product Strategy: Defining the digital strategy for the Card Subscriptions & Options
scope in collaboration with market teams.
• Ensuring vertical performance by optimizing customer journeys, content, and the
product portfolio.
• Creating and executing the digital commercial action plan in coordination with market,
CRM, and media teams.
Leading and coordinating the Squad's activities with various contributing entities
(markets, payment systems, compliance, legal, risk, etc.).
• Defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) for both the website and app
through dedicated reports and analyses.
• Conducting competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
STREAM'ON Project – Automation and Process Optimization
Led the STREAM'ON project to automate key processes, creating and assigning files upon
receiving electronic documents. Managed over 323,000 contracts across 20 countries with a
team of 3,000+ employees, overseeing €39.6 billion in assets and generating €15.5
billion in new contracts.
• Product & Feature Definition: Developed high-quality JIRA tickets, Confluence
documents, design briefs, and acceptance criteria to clearly define product and feature
requirements.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participated in daily agile ceremonies, collaborating closely
with developers and QA engineers to ensure bug-free feature delivery.
• Customer-Centric: Integrate customer feedback into product development to enhance
user experience and increase satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Effectively partnered with designers, developers, and
delivery managers in an agile environment to execute the product strategy and roadmap.
Goeland Project – Process Optimization and Functional Architecture Design
Improved after-sales service processes by optimizing the filing and processing of signals from
third-party operators (750 customer operators). Re-engineered a functional process using
automatons and robots to establish a robust functional architecture, implementing a new
system based on Business Process Management (BPM) and a rules engine to efficiently
distribute IS functions.

business requirements.

alignment with company goals.
• Functional Specification: Defined and documented product functionalities as user stories,

TAMARIS Project – Digital Tool for Intervention Planning & Monitoring
Led the project management and acceptance of TAMARIS, a digital tool designed to streamline
the planning and monitoring of interventions for ERDF's 37.5M clients. Collaborated with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Requirements Gathering & Specification: Collected business needs through workshops,
drafted development plans, and created general functional specifications. Validated
detailed specifications to align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Presented project evolutions to leadership for approval
and coordinated with integrators for development. Reviewed cost estimates and tracked
progress of changes
• Change Management & Training: Provided training and support for change management
initiatives. Developed a centralized WIKI to document design and project materials.
SGE-L Project – System Overhaul & Methodological Evolution
The SGE-L project is an overhaul and evolution of the SGE information system aimed at
improving performance and reducing costs. The SGE-L methodological approach employs
agile principles and is based on the generalization and popularization of a shared language
(UML) among business, functional, and technical teams.
• Product Ownership & Requirements Gathering: Led workshops to collect business needs,
drafted general specifications, and developed models during the framing and analysis
phases, including use cases, business context, and HMI models. Oversaw MCO follow-up
across multiple sprints and wrote and executed test plans.
• Methodology Implementation: Spearheaded the adoption of UML design methodology,
providing training to project stakeholders. Administered the Enterprise Architect (EA) tool
and supported the implementation of Scrum methodology.
