Medi-soft develops medical diagnosis systems. I am initially responsible for the development of new products and then take on the role of software manager (team of 5 people).

• I reorganize the software development process to enhance code reuse, software reliability and software testability.
• Total code is reduced by a factor of 2 and a person is dedicated to testing. Customers and distributors warmly welcome the reliability and quality improvements.
