Here I passed from local group compagny Banca5 S.P.A (compagny of Italian Banking Group
Intesa Sanpolo S.P.A) to become an employee of the main group (Intesa Sanpaolo Bank). So I
passed from administrating a local splunk infrastructure in a specific compagny (Banca5 S.P.A) to
become a member of Intesa Sanpaolo Group task force on splunk deployment infrastructure on
the compagnies of the group.
I continue with my previous activities and it was added a splunk deployment activities and
support level on different compagnies of the group.
◦ Level 3 support on splunk deployment architecture on : configure splunk server setting up

Here, I am not longer a Consultant, Banca5 S.P.A (group compagny of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank

• The activity consists of application monitoring, followed by analyzes and interventions at the
application or infrastructure level to resolve detected anomalies (performance, availability etc ..).
• Creating script used to perform simulation to test the monitored application state.
• Used technologies : To carry out the activity we use 3 powerful technological tools for monitoring
applications TMART from BMC (active monitoring), DCRUM from Dynatrace (passive monitoring)
and Splunk. For testing, bash scripting (on Linux) and Python are used to develop schedulated
scripts for a given application. The applications access is via Oracle's Single Sign On (SSO) platform.
Good knowledge of TCP / IP protocols to be able to distinguish cases of application anomalies or
infrastructural anomalies.
