SAP HR/PD-OM est un ERP édité par la société SAP. SAP HR/PD-OM est un sous module de la gamme HR. SAP HR/PD-OM permet de gérer la structure ressource humaine de l’entreprise. SAP HR/PD est un ERP édité par la société SAP. SAP HR/PD gère les compétences au sein de l’organisation. SAP HR/PD intègre plusieurs sous modules qui ont comme rôle la gestion des séminaires et conférences, la planification des réservations de salle, suivi des carrières,… SAP HR signifie "Systems, Applications and Products Human Ressources". SAP HR est un module du SAP destiné à la gestion des ressources humaines. Dans cette optique, SAP HR permet de d'optimiser la productivité d' une entreprise. A titre de rappel, SAP est un progiciel de gestion intégrée. SAP est l'équivalent de Navision produit par Microsoft. SAP a développé une série d'applications spécialisées avec les caractéristiques client/serveur. S'en décline une série de modules qui sont les composants fonctionnels du système SAP. Ces modules sont entre autres: SAP MM (Material Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP PS (Project Systems), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP CS (Customer Services), SAP PLM (Product Life-cycle Management), SAP TRA (Gestion des transports), SAP WM (WareHouse Management), SAP HUM (Handling Unit Management) etc...

For the customer “Total” I took the role as an IT project management support on the authorizations part in the HR4U project
My role was to build scenarios regarding authorizations on a wide scope including PAOM, portal, training management, career development, appraisal management.
I was also in charge to guarantee that the solutions provided by the integrator were in accordance with the functional specifications.
This project requires a good functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR as Total includes a wide scope of HR functionalities and use lots of specific complex developments (bitmap for authorizations, specific portal screens for HR population…)

KENEOS February 2012 to February 2013 SAP HR Consultant
For Volvo IT I have worked as a SAP HR portal and backend consultant.

I have implemented the webdynpro abap portal ESS and MSS solution (Facelift project) Personal profile business cards, leave requests, time recording, Universal Worklist...

Developing and customizing of the standard package ESS/MSS 1.51. International deployment in the USA, Sweden and France. Use of the launchpad development to be able to manage one global role for all countries.

Roll out of the SAP HR solution in the Volvo Japan subsidiary (1HR Japan project)

As a technical and functional consultant I have integrated the Volvo core solution in addition of local features specific to Japan legislation. Development and customizing in WebDynpro abap with the EHP5 ESS and MSS package Translation problematic and management of international managers.
I have participated to this project by providing my technical expertise during the development phase, then as a support function during the testing phases and the go live phases.

LYRECO September 2009 to February 2012 SAP HR Consultant
In a team of 5 persons, I worked as a SAP HR consultant on an international system including multiple modules: PAOM, Time management, Portal, Training, Expense, eRecruiting.
My tasks were organized around project and daily maintenance.

2011 Project leader of a roll-out of an international eRecruiting project
This is an integration project of SAP HR eRecruiting version 6,04 in 9 countries. This project lasted 7 months for 150 days of development:

-Organization of the different tasks on the project: Planning management, tools and tracking. Communication and organization of the different IS teams involved in the project

-Gathering the functional needs: conducting workshops with the key users of each subsidiary. Meeting report writing and presentation of the conclusion to the directors

-Customizing of the system : Portal iviews, pages and roles, customizing backend webdynpro configurator, customizing basic eRecruiting, smartforms...

-Communication toward key users and directors (steering committees, project reviews...)

-Management of 2 consultants + intervention of an external expertise.

2010-2011 Upgrade SAP HR ECC6.0 → EHP4
During this technical upgrade I had the responsibility of the portal, PAOM and the time management.
-Analysis of the customizing and existing programs. Implementation and tracking of OSS notes.

-Update of the technical documentation.

-Organization of the testing phases with the key users. Functional and technical support.

2010 Roll-out of SAP HR in Belgium/Holland
2009-2010 Roll-out of SAP HR in the UK
During these 2 projects, I had the opportunity to implement PAOM, Time management and the portal.

-Gathering the needs with the local key users. Gap analysis with the core model.

-Technical and functional documentation: technical specifications, business blueprint, tests forms, tests scenario...

-Customizing of the system: Actions, infotypes, reporting, absences/attendances, quotas, ESS and MSS portal...

-Organization of the testing phase: technical and functional support.

LOGICA February 2008 to September 2009 SAP HR Consultant
I worked as an analyst/developer in the maintenance team of an international SAP HR system for Sanofipasteur company

-Various ABAP Developments (screen painter, menu painter, badi, bapi, users-exit, batch input, interfaces, LSMW…)

-Documentation : technical specification, tests forms and scenarios...

-Analysis on the qualification of the functional needs: workload estimation, business blue print, coaching of the development

-Functional and technical support to key users (PA, OM, Recruitment, time, Compensation…)

-Customizing PAOM (Actions, infotypes...) and time management GT (absences, quotas,...)

LOGICA October 2007 to January 2008 – SAP ECC6 Developer

For Sanofi-Aventis I participate to a technical upgrade from version 4,6 to 6,0
