Qu'est-ce que SAP HR / PD-OM ?

SAP HR/PD-OM est un ERP édité par la société SAP. SAP HR/PD-OM est un sous module de la gamme HR. SAP HR/PD-OM permet de gérer la structure ressource humaine de l’entreprise. SAP HR/PD est un ERP édité par la société SAP. SAP HR/PD gère les compétences au sein de l’organisation. SAP HR/PD intègre plusieurs sous modules qui ont comme rôle la gestion des séminaires et conférences, la planification des réservations de salle, suivi des carrières,… SAP HR signifie "Systems, Applications and Products Human Ressources". SAP HR est un module du SAP destiné à la gestion des ressources humaines. Dans cette optique, SAP HR permet de d'optimiser la productivité d' une entreprise. A titre de rappel, SAP est un progiciel de gestion intégrée. SAP est l'équivalent de Navision produit par Microsoft. SAP a développé une série d'applications spécialisées avec les caractéristiques client/serveur. S'en décline une série de modules qui sont les composants fonctionnels du système SAP. Ces modules sont entre autres: SAP MM (Material Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP PS (Project Systems), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP CS (Customer Services), SAP PLM (Product Life-cycle Management), SAP TRA (Gestion des transports), SAP WM (WareHouse Management), SAP HUM (Handling Unit Management) etc...

Company: AXA (Paris, France)
Title: Senior consultant for the core solution of SAP new GL, BW, AR/AP, AA, CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-OM. Responsible for interfaces and integration with feeder systems and idocs \ ale integration. Responsible for system architecture and integration with Ariba (purchasing system), SICURA 2 (insurance Italian system) and with all local legacy systems; integration with BW and other AXA reporting systems, such as Magnitude, for consolidation, Informatica (ETL tool used). Integration with Informatica implemented using BW BI business content and delta update. Expert of tax audit trail, for European countries and of SAP DART data extraction and reporting tool. He has done tax reports and audit trail for AXA in Germany, France and Portugal.

July – October 2009
Company: VSP – Marchon (New York, USA, localization for Italy).
Title: Senior consultant for implementing and supporting SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution), SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM), FI-CO (with new GL), for the Italy roll out. For this project, I was based in New York and I was responsible for Italian specific legal and fiscal requirements (daily journal, VAT registers, VAT, Withholding taxes, etc.) and for solving taxes and fiscal requirements gaps (different foreign currency open items’ valuation methods, between USA and Italy, taxes’ gaps, USA GAAP vs. European IAS, different balance sheet and P&L reporting, etc.) .

February 2009 – June 2009
Company: Starwood hotels headquarter (Phoenix, AR, USA, localization for Italy).
Title: Senior consultant for implementing and supporting FI-CO (including CO-PA, CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-OM, new GL, SPL), for the Italy roll out. For this project, I was based in Phoenix (Arizona) and I was responsible for Italian specific legal and fiscal requirements (daily journal, VAT registers, Corrispettivi, VAT, Withholding taxes, etc.) and for solving taxes and fiscal requirements gaps (different foreign currency open items’ valuation methods, between USA and Italy, taxes’ gaps, USA GAAP vs. European IAS, different balance sheet and P&L reporting, etc.) ; I also implemented reports, such as “Bilancio second IV direttiva CEE”, using SAP SPL (special ledger). Customizing, training and support of FI and CO month-end and year-end closing. SAP Data Migration Technical Consultant . Training to all expert users of Starwood hotels (train the trainers program).

April 2008 – February 2009
Company: Ericsson headquarter (Sweden Stockholm, Kista, providing support to USA, India, China, Africa, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany ).
Title: Senior consultant for implementing and supporting FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, new GL), CO (CCA, OM, IO, PA, PC), PS, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM) and Travel Management worldwide. In this project I have given cooperation to migration of legacy system CBS to SAP system MUS (marketing units solution) and support, in order to approve and implement changes and improvements to Ericsson global template, for Finance and Controlling, worldwide. I have worked with USA taxes and Taxware system, external USA taxes system, integrated with SAP; I have been an interface between Ericsson USA, in Dallas, Texas, and Ericsson Sweden, for USA taxes calculation implementation, such as sales taxes, use taxes, state taxes, and taxes reports; support with Concur travel expenses system, with HR, India , Portugal and Spain withholding taxes, Taxes for India, China, SD pricing conditions and sales documents’ management, HR module (HR-PA and HR-OM), PS module, ABAP programming and performance improvements, Travel Management, etc. Customizing, training and support of FI and CO month-end and year-end closing. October 2007 – March 2008
Company: Gate Gourmet Switzerland GmbH (Zurich, Switzerland, rolling out Nordics countries).
Title: Senior consultant for implementing and supporting FI-CO (GL, AP, AR, banking, TR-treasury, AA, CO-PA-profitability analysis, CO-CC - cost center accounting). Customizing, training and support of FI and CO month-end and year-end closing. SAP back office (BOA) Data Migration Technical Consultant. Training to all expert users of Starwood hotels (train the trainers program).
In this project I have also designed interfaces, for automatic payments, via internet, between:
a. SAP – Banking system and Scandinavia Unitel Nordea system (for Denmark, Sweden and Norway Nordea bank);
b. SAP – Banking system and the Scandinavian BankGiro payment system.

Company: Tyco Electronics Corporation (Speyer, Frankfurt).
Title: Senior consultant for implementing and rolling the Production Costing (CO-PC), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-IO), LIFO calculation implementation for the Italian plants (MM-IM-IV).
