  Kingfisher Plc is a British Multinational retailing company, headquartered in London. It is the largest home improvement retailer in Europe and the third-largest in the world. It has over 1176 stores in eleven countries across Asia and Europe and its brands include B&Q, Castorama, Brico Depot and Screwfix.
  
  Before the processes and business functionalities in Kingfisher Information Technology Services
  (KITS: Kingfisher plc’s IT division) are highly customized in SAP and complex in design. Then on 2011, as part of their strategy, they decided to implement SAP in more standardized way. Along with that, we have come with the integration solution to support their Omni-channel (multi channel) business strategy.

  Project Responsibilities:
  Ensure on time and quality execution of the delivery of all designs and deliverables as the Key SAP MM Resource (now offshore delivery lead).
  Interacting with business Power Users & Key Users to translate requirements.
  Extensively involved in Design phase. Worked with the client and solution architects to come up with better and feasible business solution to support the extended multi channel goal of the company.
  Complete functional designs for WRICEF elements (where configuration cannot fulfill business requirements and integration services are needed to fulfill proposed three-layer architecture design).
  Design testing plans to ensure configuration satisfies business requirements
  Have worked on IDoc and BAPI (RFC) integration majorly.

  Completed the Configuration Rationale documentation (for Cutover to higher environment) for all the MM related configuration designs (Eg. Partner profiles, Distribution models, Output type configurations, Job variant creations etc).
  Giving support for other technology developers in their testing to achieve error free solutions.
