Innovation & Integration team is responsible for coordination to have
successful implementation of manufacturing process for the new requirements
from business partners or new innovations solutions with help of Industry 4.0
methods which improves manufacturing process.
Integration responsibility by work as window person between business and
CIT MES team in order to ensure project efficiency in manufacturing area.
Innovation responsibility by initiate new projects by investigating potential
improvement points with help of business process expertise, feedbacks from
business considering requirements of Industry 4.0 pillars for manufacturing
area in Yazaki.
Key responsibilities: knowledge of manufacturing process and tools,
knowledge about new technologies by continuous investigation and design of
process flow for innovation solution, coordinate with business and production
teams within CIT MES team in terms of ensuring implementation of new
business functional requirements.
✓ Continuous communication with business partners to ensure that IT
project is covering the new requirement/ specification.
✓ Participate in the project management process.
✓ follow-up IT projects about new requirements together with preproduction and production team in CIT MES organization to ensure
efficiency of integration.
✓ Improvement activities to improve integration between different
systems considering Industry 4.0 requirements.
✓ Developing business cases and building business models by
investigation of new technologies in order to improve manufacturing
processes, by coordination with related departments and management.
✓ Innovate and design new process flows to support business with help
of decision support sciences/methods (AI Artificial Intelligence,
Operations Resource, real-time monitoring, automated reports etc.).
✓ Investigation about possible solutions for continuous data collection
from manufacturing process.
✓ Analyse manufacturing data by using business experience and
Industry 4.0 methods in order to have value added information by
proper design for optimum decision.
✓ Participate in ongoing education to learn the functions and capabilities
of related technologies.
✓ Cross functional team management.
✓ Strong communication with engineering, automation specialist, and
technology suppliers to identify best in class hardware.
✓ Act as a consultant to the business and other IT teams where business
decisions are impacted by new system requirements in manufacturing.
✓ Consult and initiate to configure the systems by related IT responsible in case necessity.

Compliance of Yazaki Rules regarding manufacturing systems and integrate
the entire manufacturing process was our target as we are the process owner
for all manufacturing systems in YEL.
By applying a correct plan using PDCA tool, till analysing phase using
FMEA tool, we ensure a support for all YAZAKI European plants. The aim is
to build the best solution to allow the maximum volume of high-quality
product to be produced at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.
