Contributing to the UX design, research and overall culture of the travel and booking services giant Amadeus. Working on a
variety of internal projects for the Amadeus group. As member of the UX Research team, I have been running usability tests,
Information Architecture analysis, preliminary and on-going user research and supporting design teams through various
interventions, including ideation workshops, design sprints and storyboarding.
As a Sr UX Researcher in Amadeus, I advocated for the adoption of User Centred Design principles, I trained feature teams on
how to integrate UX in their work and function, I conducted several studies, coming up with insights and suggestions that, when
implemented, increased product usability and customer satisfaction. My work acted also a catalyst for several ongoing
stakeholder discussions on design decisions which, with the help of research and usability tests, were more research informed.
Projects addressed a variety of products for both desktop and mobile platforms, with a focus on B2B audiences. During this
