Experienced in working with outsourcing vendors with on-shore and off-shore based team elements (Satyam, then Wipro).

Weekly reviews of service levels provided by vendor versus agreed service levels in cooperation with the vendor (prioritization of incidents, incidents unresolved, incident post-mortems, etc …)
Weekly review of KPIs in cooperation with the vendor (average priority 1 turnaround, quickest turnaround, slowest turnaround etc) using Excel based spreadsheets and formulas.
Ensuring that basic incident data is captured, and that the database (Siebel) has the correct structure to allow further analytics to be performed.
Complex analytical reports based on Excel spreadsheets including formulas and pivot tables for senior management.
Clear and concise verbal and written reporting for senior management, including Excel and occasionally PowerPoint presentations.
