SAP HR at Nestlé (Vevey, CH)
juillet 1999 - juillet 2002
I did a short mission at Nestlé's HQ in Switzerland when I installed OpenHR's query tool and provided key user training for it. Later that year I was asked to join Nestlé's SAP HR team where I remained in charge of end-user support for OpenHR's tools but also actively participated in following projects:
- Implementation of Organizational Management module
I was part of the team that set up Org Mgmt at Nestlé. Because of the nature of Nestlé's company structure this was a rather complex project, requiring a number of custom-made objects and relations and therefore also modifications to various reports based on the organization structure.
- SAP HR Upgrade from 4.0B to 4.6C
As part of the upgrade team my role was to test existing functionalities and apply corrections were needed.
- ESS for time management
Together with the time management responsible at Nestlé we developed an ESS application allowing employees to consult real-time time data as various absence quota, clocking times and timesheets. I was responsible for all the ABAP development involved.
SAP HR at Belgacom
août 1998 - octobre 2002
Belgacom was my first customer and throughout my entire career with OpenHR I have always continued to work for Belgacom. My main projects/activities there are listed below. Apart from those I was also involved in day-to-day support for Belgacom's SAP HR users.
- SAP HR implementation
I joined the project in an early phase of the analysis. I worked mainly on configuring PA and specific SAP HR ABAP developments as custom infotypes and reports.
- SAP HR upgrade from 3.1I to 4.6C
As part of the upgrade team my role was to test existing functionalities and apply corrections were needed.
- Euro conversion
I was in charge of the correct conversion of all infotypes containing amounts, custom made infotypes included.
août 1998 - octobre 2002
Internal and short term assignments
Apart from my long term assignments at Belgacom and Nestlé, I was also heavily involved in OpenHR's add-on applications for SAP HR. I have installed the tools and provided key user and/or end user training at various companies such as British Aerospace (UK), Total (BE), Electrabel (BE), Eurotunnel (FR), PricewaterhouseCoopers Belgium (BE) and Sanofi (FR) amongst others.
I was also in charge of customer support for the HR Browser query tool and worked closely with OpenHR's marketing manager on the New Product Introduction process for new releases of HR Browser.
Since the first contact with Nestlé I've also acted as account responsible for them.
