Organization and management of the transports requests for all systems (SAP and others).
Both theses aspects were crucial for the program to ensure the landscape evolution (more than 30 SAP systems and more than 10 non-SAP systems) and to realize the acceptance tests on a qualification environment, according to ASAP methodology.
• Identification of non-SAP systems interacting with SAP such as EAI (WebMethods), optimizer (Aspentech), M*Pro … The knowledge of the technologies used by these products is essential in order to integrate them in the global architecture and manage the functional evolutions between them according to functional needs. The main point is to guarantee the consistency of the flows using more than one system.
• Coordination of the actions impacting on functional teams and the technical department (system – administration)
• Communication to every program teams of the landscape evolutions (according to new needs) and specific use of the (Acceptance, Support of Production, Non-Regression…) systems.
• Organization and management of the 𠇌hange Control” meetings which handle the GoLive versioning : new GoLive every 2-3 months. This consists in planning and coordinating of every evolution of the Production Systems with the Roll Out Team and the Support Team.
• Definition of the strategy and management of the SAP upgrades (SP2 and later AOP 72) in the complex and moving landscape of the program.
• Organization and management of the authorizations profiles for all project team members.
