I held the position of freelance Senior Business Analyst within the IT department (i-City) of the Brussels City administration. My responsibilities included supporting the organization in the design, optimization, and governance of business processes in close collaboration with process analysts and subject-matter experts.
I conducted detailed analysis and finalization of more than 20 business processes to ensure their coherence, completeness, and alignment from both a business and technical perspective.
I also performed the functional analysis of 40 business processes to enable the digitalization of public services through the citizen portal and the internal CiRM/CMT platform. This work included assessing the target architecture, evaluating available capabilities, and ensuring the organization’s readiness for implementation..

I manage and coordinate the BelRAI project at federal level by working with many stakeholders to collect their needs and ensuring the follow-up of various projects from launch to delivery.
The BelRAI project aims to implement interRAI medical assessment instruments that are validated internationally. Using BelRAI assessment instruments, health care providers assess the
functioning, frailty, care needs and autonomy of patients. The instruments include a biopsychosocial approach and contain questions on body, cognitive and communicative functioning, mood and behaviour, psychosocial well-being, continence, pathologies, health status, medication consumption, etc.
As a project manager, I am responsible for the organisation and monitoring of all internal and external activities relating to BelRAI project:
Perimeter monitoring: understand and validate the scope of the project from the start of the project. Implement a change management process to ensure anchoring in the permanent organization.
Monitoring of the planning: According to a methodology (Prince 2, Agile, ...), create a schedule to deliver the project on time. This schedule must be validated by the steering committee.
Resource Tracking (+/- 20 FTE) : Plan project resource requirements in close collaboration with relevant team leaders.
Budget tracking (+/- 2.000.000 euros/years): Challenge all contributors on estimation and achievements.
Risk and problem monitoring: Implement continuous monitoring of risks and problems, including mitigation actions and feedback.
Quality monitoring: En collaboration with the PRQM (Project Quality Manager), ensure the quality of deliverables and project governance, measure results, KPIs, monthly key events.
